HELLS BELLSJust outside of Greenwood is the remains of an old smelter. A reminder of the areas mining heritage. When the slag was dumped from the smelter it left behind what look like large black bells. |
MIDWAYThe Village of Midway was once said to be destined to be the largest City in the interior of the province of BC because of its' strategic location on the border with road and rail access both east & west and north and south. When you visit ask the residents what it is midway between. |
Christina LakeWhat would a page of pictures of the Boundary be without a picture of "The Lake." Christina Lake is Canada's warmest tree lined lake and a favorite of residents and visitors alike. |

Kettle River West of MidwayThis is an interesting Suspension Bridge west of Midway. It was built so the kids that lived at the ranch could catch the School Bus that ran along Highway 3 on the opposite side of the river. It is one of my first attempts at creating a digital panorama. |
